The Bottineau Transitway is advancing through the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) study process. We are now in a formal period of providing information and obtaining public input regarding “scoping.” Scoping is the process for determining the content of the Draft EIS.

The Bottineau Scoping Booklet has been published and is posted on this website for review and input. The formal scoping period extends through February 17, 2012. Public input will help set a framework for the content of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement
